Marlene Gonzalez, CPF in Orlando

Marlene Gonzalez graduated from the Mayo CPF Oncology Yoga training on August 25, 2024.

She will be teaching a class at Lake Nona Performance Club on Tuesday October 14, 2025 at 6-6:45 pm (In the community hub). The class is free to the community. This is s gentle restorative chair yoga class with props for the cancer community. This yoga class is open to the entire cancer community including patients, family members, and caregivers. Contact 407-216-5672 for more info.

In her words she says:

I am a nurturer at heart, a lover of yoga, travel, and quality time with family. I am a former massage therapist of 15 years, instructor, and trainer of yoga, meditation, aquafitness, Aqua yoga, and aerial yoga with a specialty in prenatal and senior strength and balance.

I found yoga 14 years ago, and it changed my life. I truly believe it is the fountain of youth, inviting awareness spiritually and physically. I love to share this practice with others. I now teach for the Advent Health Hospital in Celebration, Florida, offering mindfulness to patients and employees. I teach at a senior community and a local gym, doing what I love for 8 years!!
