Mary Bridget Briggs graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training June 14, 2026.

Mary Bridget Briggs has been an elementary school teacher for 25 years and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in School Counseling! She is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and received her training through Breathe For Change, an organization whose goal is to transform education by bringing wellness, mindfulness, and yoga practices to foster trauma-informed teaching to today’s youth and the educators that serve them.

Yoga Vibes

Upon completion of her yoga teacher training, she started an LLC called Yoga Vibes and is committed to bringing yoga and wellness to her community. She teaches weekly chair yoga and Hatha yoga classes through the Palm Beach County School District’s Adult Education and hosts a yoga and mindful breathing club for students at her school center. She teaches outdoor yoga classes in her neighborhood and enjoys donating her time by offering yoga events to the American Cancer Society, The Alzheimer’s Association, and local animal shelters.

Oncology Yoga

As a breast cancer survivor, she plans on bringing the oncology yoga skills and practices she learned through the Christina Phipps Foundation to the Southern Palm Beach area of Boca Raton. She hopes to donate her time back to the Baptist Health Lynn Cancer Institute that served her through her cancer journey. She now lives by the phrase, “The comeback is always stronger than the setback”.
