Kelly Knight, MS-HSA, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is the founder and owner of The Yoga Lounge in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Central Florida and has professional experience in healthcare, including patient satisfaction and strategic analysis.

Compassionate Yoga

Kelly has been teaching yoga since 2014 and completed her 200- and 300-hour trainings at Red Sun Yoga, with additional training in gentle yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and children’s yoga. She is passionate about sharing the rich spiritual tradition of yoga in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way and helping others discover how the practice can nurture their health and well-being.
