— A Journey of Practice, Presence & Purpose —

In Her Words:

Like many, I had practiced Yoga in different places around the country, however something changed when I discovered it more deeply after moving to Florida twelve years ago. It resonated with me in a way it never had before. As the saying goes, when the student is ready, the teacher appears.

For the past twelve years, Yoga has been a meaningful and steady part of my life. My lived experience has taught me far more than movement and posture. It has taught me to breathe more deeply, become more present, find stillness in the midst of uncertainty, and meet myself with greater compassion and awareness.

In 2024, after years of dedicated personal practice and a growing desire to understand the deeper teachings of Yoga, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and became a Registered Yoga Teacher. My journey into teaching is not rooted in a desire simply to lead a class; it comes from a sincere desire to share what Yoga has given me.

Yoga as Connection

I believe Yoga is not about how flexible we are, how perfectly we perform a posture, or how we appear on a mat. Yoga is about connection—connection to the breath, to the body, to the present moment, and ultimately to ourselves. It offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and discover strength, softness, courage, and peace.

I am still a student, and I believe I always will be. That perspective is at the heart of how I hope to teach: with humility, curiosity, warmth, and authenticity. At this stage of my life, I feel honored by what Yoga has given me. By allowing its spirit to move through me and, hopefully, inspire others to discover something within themselves that they may not yet know is there, this is where meaningful teachings begin.

Yoga Invites You Home

For me, teaching Yoga is an invitation rather than a prescription—to breathe, to be present, to listen, and to come

home to yourself.

“The practice continues. The learning continues. And so does the journey."
