In her words: I completed 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016 in the Chicagoland area.  In addition, I completed the Christina Phipps Foundation oncology yoga certification and recently 50 more hours of certified teacher training hours with Karrie Aubuchon at Yoga Bala in Port Orange, Florida.   My passion is gentle and restorative yoga.  I have had two cancer journeys along with other health issues and continue to thrive.  Many of us have limitations (speed bumps in life)
