As a certified Yoga Instructor, I specialize in creating accessible, empowering classes rooted in breath, alignment and self awareness. My approach honors the unique needs of each student, whether they're exploring yoga for the first time or deepening a seasoned practice. As a mother of two handsome young men, I had to find something that resonated with me, just for me and while living in Oklahoma City, I took a donation based roof top class that supported black non profit organizations. Fast forward I found my passion for yoga and I became certified and began to teach that very same class.

Moving back to Atlanta in 2022, I wanted to bring that same intentional and mindful guidance to ladies in my community, so I began to focus on helping women build strength , cultivate presence and find balance in all areas of life.  I believe yoga is more than poses. It is a practice that supports resilience, self compassion and a personal transformation, which I intend to bring to the Atlanta community.
