Taylor Card, OTD, OTR/L
Dr. Taylor Card, OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist and experienced yoga teacher who is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, independence, and overall well-being through movement and mindful living. She earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and currently practices in inpatient rehabilitation, working with individuals recovering from neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex conditions. She works at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jacksonville, Florida.
Dr. Card completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings through Yoga Den and further expanded her training by completing the Christina Phipps Foundation Yoga Teacher Training. She enjoys integrating therapeutic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into her approach to health and wellness.
She is honored to be involved with the Christina Phipps Foundation and will be presenting the section of training on Occupational Therapy in October 2026 Oncology Yoga Teacher Training. She looks forward to supporting the CPF mission through education, service, and community outreach.
