Sara Weaver, RN, BSN, CCRP

Sara received her Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of New Mexico Taos and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She currently works in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab department at Novant Health NHRMC in Wilmington, NC. Sara and her team developed NHRMC's CORE Cancer Wellness program, which began in 2020, to serve as a bridge to wellness for all survivors through any stage of their journey. The CORe program framework focus is on safe effective exercise, stress management, social and nutrition support.
