In her words-
I am a certified yoga teacher with a passion for using yoga as a practice for healing, resilience, and transformation. Having been on my own yoga journey for over 20 years, I felt a strong calling to share the benefits of yoga with others. In 2024, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my knowledge and begin supporting others on their own journeys.
Yoga Styles
Throughout my journey, I have explored a wide range of yoga styles, from the dynamic practice of Ashtanga and Vinyasa to the nurturing and restorative qualities of Restorative Yoga. My own experience navigating menopause, alongside witnessing friends and loved ones recover from cancer, inspired me to further specialize in Yoga for Menopause and Yoga for Cancer.
Through these experiences, I have seen firsthand how yoga can provide comfort, strength, balance, and hope during some of life's most challenging times. I know that yoga can be a powerful source of support for both body and mind, helping us reconnect with ourselves, release tension, and rediscover a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.
I am passionate about supporting people through significant life transitions. I currently teach Yoga for Menopause and Chair Yoga in my local community club, offering classes that are welcoming, compassionate, and accessible to all. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where people can move, heal, and thrive at their own pace.
