Noli Dioneda, MS, PT, DPT, CLT-CWS, CCES

Noli Dioneda, MS, PT, DPT, CLT-CWS, CCES, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Oncologic PT, has presented to CPF Oncology Yoga Teachers a few times in the past and will again present to our class at the Mayo Clinic August 24, 2024.


Noli has Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Physical Therapy from Manila, Philippines in 1986 and 1988 respectively. He holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of North Florida and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida (2013). He has post-graduate certifications in Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy for Lymphedema Management through Klose Norton Consulting LLC.


He also holds Head and Neck Cancer related Lymphedema certification, combined Lymphedema and Wound Care certification, and Cancer Exercise Specialist certification. He is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Oncologic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties through the American Physical Therapy Association.


Noli joined Mayo Clinic Jacksonville in June of 1995 as an out-patient Physical Therapist.

During his tenure at Mayo Clinic Florida, he spearheaded and collaborated with colleagues in developing lymphedema and oncology rehabilitation programs. Noli had the opportunity to travel on behalf of the clinic on different occasions. He presented a poster entitled “Efficacy of Complex Decongestive Therapy in a Non-Breast Cancer Related Upper Extremity Lymphedema in a 60 Year Adult Male: A Case Study.” Presented at the National Lymphedema Network International Conference in 2014 at Washington DC. He traveled in Muscat, Oman with a medical team making a yearly palace home visit from 2017-2019 caring for a Mayo Clinic VIP Lymphedema patient.


Noli is a member of the “PROJECT HOPE (Helping Our Partner Expand),” team of 100 nurses, doctors, and allied health from all across Mayo Clinic Enterprise who traveled to Abu Dhabi and tenured for 60 days at Sheik Shackhbout Medical Center in 2020. Noli has been invited on numerous speaking engagement such as Guest Lecturer at UNF Brook’s College of Health Doctor of Physical Therapy Program Special Topics in Physical Therapy: Lymphedema and Oncology; MCF Monthly Sport’s Medicine Lecture: Exercise Prescription in Breast Cancer Survivorship; and MCF Medical Breast Training Program: Post-Mastectomy Lymphedema presented to Internal and Family Medicine Residents.
