Jennifer Stenson graduated from the Christina Phipps Foundation Oncology Yoga training June 14, 2026.
Jennifer is a lifelong wellness enthusiast whose journey began in childhood with a dream of becoming a fitness instructor. Life first led her into a 38‑year marketing career with PepsiCo, supported by a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business. During those years, she also raised three sons, embracing the full, joyful rhythm of a sports‑centered family — including one son who now plays college football as a kicker at Marist University.
Whole Body Wellness
After leaving PepsiCo, Jennifer felt called to make a meaningful shift. She completed her 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training, an experience that challenged and transformed her in profound ways. She went on to earn certifications in Pilates, cycling, and cardio conditioning, recognizing yoga as the foundational thread that connects all forms of movement. She also holds a certification in holistic nutrition, deepening her commitment to whole‑body wellness.
Cancer in Family
Jennifer’s passion for mindful living is personal. After losing her father to cancer, she often wished she could have shared meditation, breathwork, and movement with him during his illness. That loss fuels her dedication to helping others find strength, healing, and peace through intentional movement and lifestyle practices.
Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach
Today, Jennifer teaches yoga and multiple fitness modalities across Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, sharing her love of movement, breath, and wellness with others. Her work blends decades of leadership, the heart of a mother, and the compassion of someone who knows the power of healing from the inside out.
