Breast Cancer Survivor

Daine is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a growing interest in oncology-informed yoga and supportive movement for people affected by cancer. Her interest in this work is deeply personal, as she is a breast cancer survivor and understands how meaningful compassionate, accessible support can be during and after treatment.

Cancer and Type 1 Diabetes

In addition to her yoga training, Daine is an active volunteer in the cancer and Type 1 diabetes communities, offering peer support and helping connect families with resources, education, and community. She is especially drawn to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered in their own healing process.

Oncology Yoga Training

Through this oncology yoga training, Daine hopes to deepen her understanding of safe and cancer-informed practices so she can better support others through yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement.
