Kim offers a ZOOM class available to anyone who signs up for the class. Zoom room opens at 7pm, yoga practice starts at 7:15—8:30. CPF Yoga Teachers manage their own Zoom classes so just email kimfriedmanyoga@gmail.com for registration.
Kim has been teaching CPF since 2018. Yoga found her in 2008 after her husband had open heart surgery and she had a very stressful job in the corporate world working 60-70 hours a week and lots of travel. Since then, her life has changed significantly due to yoga, yoga philosophy, yoga benefits and the entire yoga lifestyle. Her yogic path is to serve her community by bringing information and knowledge. Kim offers CPF Oncology Yoga in two formats- Zoom and in person at AdventHealth in Daytona Beach.

The live classes are organized by state. Free oncology yoga classes are live in Florida, Alabama, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Maine, South Carolina.
