Tracie Winters graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training on January 28, 2024. Her training was held at the AdventHealth Celebration location in Celebration, Florida on January 27 and 28, 2024.
Tracie Winters is an E-RYT200 Yoga Teacher who teaches Introduction to Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative and Yin Yoga at Guruv Yoga in Lake Mary, Florida. She also teaches private and yoga classes in the Orlando area. She is certified in Chair Yoga and Ayurveda Nutrition, as well as completed the Christina Phipps Foundation Yoga Teacher Training.
She is currently working on her 300-Hour Yoga Alliance certification with My Vinyasa Practice. She also completed a 10-day Vipassana Meditation course in Thailand.
Tracie first tried yoga to stretch and build strength. In 2009, she participated in a 21-day yoga challenge and realized she could and needed to make yoga a priority in her life. She enjoys exploring and practicing different styles of yoga and their respective benefits, as well as being part of an amazing yoga community.
She enjoys sharing teachings and personal experiences with others to improve physical and mental health and wellness, as well as achieve fitness goals and objectives. She is excited to be a part of the Christina Phipps Foundation family and teaches Oncology Chair Yoga with Shastidy Ellerbusch and Amber Welton at Gurvu Yoga in Lake Mary, FL on Tuesdays at 1:00 PM.
