Tiffany graduated from the CPF Oncology Yoga certification April 19, 2026.

A native of Oregon and long-time Atlanta resident, Tiffany discovered yoga in the early 2000s when a detoured skiing trip led her - unexpectedly and a little over-dressed - to a Bikram yoga class in Los Angeles. Despite the initial shock (she does not recommend experiencing hot yoga for the first time in turtleneck and wool socks), she was immediately captivated by the alchemy of breath, movement, and stillness. That experience changed everything.

Beginning in 2006 at The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, Tiffany began her formal teacher training and has since built a rich, multifaceted practice. In addition to her original 200-hour RYT, she holds a CorePower certification, Yoga Kids certification, an Anusara-Inspired certification, and over 600 additional hours of study and training across a wide range of styles and traditions.

Tiffany's classes are alignment-based and designed to meet every body exactly where it is - whether you are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or moving through the physical and emotional weight of a health journey. She understands that for many in the oncology community - patients, caregivers, and loved ones alike - the body can feel like unfamiliar or even difficult terrain. Her teaching creates a safe, gentle space to reconnect with yourself, breathe through what is hard, and find moments of ease and presence amid the uncertainty.

Curiosity is her North Star. Expect a light-hearted approach to the very real and sometimes heavy work of showing up for yourself, along with plenty of hands-on assists (if that's your thing), and mindful moments aimed at deepening your connection to your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you come to her class looking for physical support, emotional grounding, or simply a quiet hour that belongs entirely to you, you are welcome here.

When she's not teaching, Tiffany loves a good book (she has also narrated approximately 300 of them), long walks with her dogs, cooking with her favorite human, and sneaking in as many naps as possible.
