Martrice teaches CPF free Oncology Yoga classes in Palm Coast, Florida.

Martrice is a yoga teacher, meditation coach, and writer who is passionate about sharing her wellness journey with everyone. Martrice's story of self-healing and empowerment are shared in the book Journeys with the Divine Feminine, a collection of 24 personal stories of women's experiences in discovering the Divine Feminine. She completed yoga teacher training at Indi Yoga in 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and began teaching two weeks later both in group and in private settings. Martrice likes to teach meditation, focusing on creating a safe space that allows practitioners to learn about themselves. She has completed additional training in: Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Chair Yoga, Reiki, Life Purpose Coaching, and the Science of Wellbeing from Yale University.
