Margaret is a RYT200 working on her RYT500. She completed CPF training Jan.29, 2023 and will be teaching at the Yoga Den in Fleming Island. CPF has been connected to many of the Yoga Den Studios since Christina Phipps received her YTT200 there.
Margaret will also be working with Clay County Baptist MD Anderson to see if there is interest in a Chair Yoga class there.
Margaret found yoga in 2010. She began yoga to find an overall conditioning exercise. Her practice proceeded from once a week to 4 to 5 classes a week. Her favorite styles are power and yin. All her teachers have given her the desire to learn more about yoga. She completed YTT 200 in April 2022. She will complete YTT 300 training soon. Margaret took the CPF yoga training to help others on their healing journey. She currently teaches private students and a mind body class occasionally.
