LuAnn Henry on YouTube & Palm Coast

LuAnn has uploaded many videos to the CPF YouTube channel with one of her videos getting 11,000 views!

LuAnn Henry has been a Yoga instructor since 2016. She studied under Micki Higgins, former owner of Padma studio, Discovery Yoga, in Palm Coast. LuAnn was trained in the Kripalu tradition, uniting body, mind and spirit. She taught at Padma studio until its recent closing and teaches at Grand Haven in Palm Coast three times a week. She worked on her 500-hour yoga teacher training as well and is certified through the Heartwood Academy.

LuAnn attended the Christina Phipps Foundation teacher training for cancer patients after being called to participate by one of her mentors, Kim Friedman. She teaches at Advent Hospital in Palm Coast under the direction of Michele Jain guiding Cancer Warriors. She is delighted each time she teaches a cancer class knowing how much it helps those in attendance foster their sense of community.

LuAnn also subs Yoga classes in her town of Ormond Beach. She is very grateful for her mentors Micki Higgins, Kim Friedman, and Michele Jain.
