Payal Viale, CPF in Texas

Payal graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training in Wilmington, North Carolina on September 28, 2025. She will be teaching in Keller, Texas (near Fort Worth).

Payal first discovered yoga over 15 years ago but it wasn’t until 2022 that she fully immersed herself in its power for strength, healing and personal transformation.  As she deepened her practice, yoga became an essential part of her life and has had a profound impact on her mental, spiritual and physical state, leading her to complete her 200-hour RYT certification.

Payal was raised with Ayurvedic traditions but developed a deeper passion for its wisdom, leading her to earn an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Teaching certification from the Chopra Foundation in 2023.  Yoga and Ayurveda have helped her deepen her holistic approach to well-being.  On the mat, she strives to create a welcoming space where students can cultivate both strength and ease, find balance between movement and stillness and deepen their own connection to themselves throughout the practice.
