The Christina Phipps Foundation has added a new gentle yoga CPF class in Blairsville, Georgia. This class will be held at Peachtree Prosthetics, 178 Brackets Way, each Thursday at 4pm.
CPF teacher Susan Semmes has been working with cancer patients for many years. She is a a certified and licensed Prosthetist /Orthotist. She teaches yoga to cancer patients and plans to teach yoga to amputees. She also teaches chair yoga at Valdosta State University.
Susan completed Horizon Blue Yoga 200 hour in 2011, Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Training and Yoga Therapy at Discovery Yoga in St. Augustine, FL before enrolling in CPF training. She completed CPF yoga teacher in 2018 and began recruiting yoga students for a new CPF class.
