Misty Caples, CPF

Misty graduated from the CPF Oncology Yoga certification April 19, 2026 in Atlanta, GA.

In her words:

Hi. My name is Misty Caples. I live in Senoia, GA with my husband, our son and 3 pups. I am originally from Pennsylvania. We lived in South Carolina for 14 years where we raised our children. We have been in Georgia 8 years now. I am a nature and animal lover. I have two grown children. Brent, who lives with my husband and I and Chloe, who lives in Charlotte, NC.

I am a 500 Hr E-RYT with experience teaching Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Intermediate yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Teen Yoga, Hot 26 and Yoga Nidra classes.

I am also certified through the Christina Phipps Foundation to teach oncology yoga. I recently lost my mother to cancer and my grandmother several years ago to cancer. This training has meant a lot to me and I look forward to leading oncology yoga classes.

I have been teaching yoga for 8 years and have been practicing for 14 years. Yoga is more than a physical practice for me. It’s helped me tremendously mentally which is what lead me to want to become a teacher. I saw how my practice helped me mentally and emotionally and I want to help others in the same capacity. I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives in however way I could through yoga. I look forward to connecting with others through this beautiful and healing practice.
