We are back teaching at MD Anderson Downtown. Class is every Monday at 1pm. This will be a weekly chair yoga class held on the the 3rd floor of MD Anderson Classroom 3B from 1:00-2:00pm. We are limited to 10 participants, so get there a little early.
Consent forms and an attendance sheet will be distributed at the beginning of class. Participants should dress comfortably and no prior experience is necessary. Sue asks you to bring a doctor's consent prior to taking the class.

Sue works with children at MD Anderson, so she is very familiar with the location. CPF Oncology Yoga teachers have been teaching in downtown Jacksonville, at Hill Breast Center, Baptist Hospital and MD Anderson since 2011. Executive Director, Beth Daugherty selected the chairs, taught chair yoga and subbed at Hill Breast Center for many years. CPF had teams of our CPF teachers volunteering weekly, teaching gentle and chair yoga. The Baptist downtown location was perfect for chair yoga because they had great parking and our favorite chairs! These chairs are supportive and stable and great for yoga.

The live classes are organized by state. Free oncology yoga classes are live in Florida, Alabama, Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Maine, South Carolina.
