Kellee Fletcher graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training June 14, 2026. She will be teaching in Batesville, AR.

In her words:

My yoga journey began in 2019, when I first experienced how mindful movement and breath could bring a sense of balance, grounding, and peace both on and off the mat. What started as something deeply personal soon grew into a desire to share that same feeling with others.

I completed my foundational teacher training in 2023 through Vedic Lotus Yoga. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my practice and teaching through studies in Yoga Anatomy and The Art of Teaching Beginners with Jason Crandell. In December 2024, I completed my Advanced Teacher Training through his program. That same month, I also had the honor of studying with Judith Hanson Lasater, whose restorative yoga teachings deeply shaped the way I think about care, healing, and the importance of supporting the nervous system for our overall well-being.

My interest in oncology yoga began during my foundational teacher training, when a friend asked me to help her find more comfort and ease in her body during recovery. That moment stayed with me. It also brought me back to my mother’s 16-year journey with colon cancer, and I often think about how meaningful it would have been for her to have access to a practice centered on gentle movement, breath, and care. That experience continues to shape the way I teach. I love creating a space where people can slow down, breathe, and come back to themselves. My classes blend thoughtful sequencing, functional movement, and a heart-centered approach that welcomes all bodies and all levels of experience.

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or returning to a familiar practice, my hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, cared for, and connected—in body, mind, and spirit.
