Heather graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training in Wilmington, North Carolina on September 28, 2025. She will be teaching in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Heather Pace is passionate about helping others discover strength, balance, and peace through movement and mindful living. She graduated with highest honors in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a proud member of Psi Chi, the international Honor Society in Psychology.
With advanced yoga training (E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500) and specialized certifications in cancer exercise, oncology yoga, and Yin yoga, Heather Creates gentle yet empowering practices that meet people exactly where they are.
In her role as Director of Healthy Living at Miles Perret Cancer Services, she supports individuals and families on their wellness journeys with compassion and creativity.
Her yoga classes are Monday at 11:15am, Wednesday at 5:30pm, Friday at 11:15am

Beyond her work, Heather finds joy in traveling with her family, creating art, reading, and recharging in nature- sources of inspiration she weaves into both her life and her teaching.
