In her words-

I works full time as a mental health provider and value the practice of yoga. I decided to pursue training so that I could further support individuals in integrating this powerful practice into their lives, supporting components of health beyond the mental and physical. I have obtained additional training beyond the 200 YTT, offering Yin and Prenatal yoga.
