Corey Grant graduated from CPF Oncology Yoga training on January 28, 2024. Her training was held at the AdventHealth Celebration location in Celebration, Florida on January 27 and 28, 2024.
Corey is a lifelong student of yoga. In the last two years she regularly attended class as a way to decrease lower back pain and increase mental wellbeing. Strengthening her body continues to help strengthen her mind. She earned her 262-hour yoga teacher certification program under Holly Garrison of Firefly Yoga in August 2023 and has been teaching ever since.
When she’s not practicing yoga, she runs a small graphic design business and cares for her young daughter. In her spare time she loves to contemplate her next travel adventure.
Corey teaches gentle yoga classes at a local gym and is a volunteer teacher at a women’s rehab center. She is interested in being a CPF teacher to offer a space/place for cancer survivors to turn inward and connect with themselves through gentle yoga poses and breathwork, cultivating joy and self-care.
