Margaret Alexander, a member of the CPF Board of Directors, is coordinating a team of Oncology Chair Yoga teachers at the Fleming Island Library. These chair yoga classes are designed for the cancer community. Class is held Wednesdays at 11:30am. The address for the Fleming Island Library is: 1895 Town Center Blvd. Fleming Island, FL 32003. The location will be in the meeting room area, located to the left as you enter the library. There are plenty of chairs well suited for chair yoga. Please wear comfortable clothes and get ready to meet others in the cancer community, patients, survivors, caregivers and family members. This class is fun, supportive and built for the local community. It is a team effort!
