AnnaMarie graduated CPF August 25, 2024. She will teach CPF at Hot Spot Yoga Saint Augustine, in Crescent Beach. The studio owner, Miranda Suggs, has offered the studio for CPF classes. They will be moving into a brand new, stand-alone building soon, so classes will begin around October 1, 2024. We will offer Gentle Mat Yoga class Mondays at 12:30 pm.
