Barbara Baker-Kuterka is a CPF-certified oncology yoga instructor whose teaching is rooted in compassion, presence, and individualized care. She is committed to supporting students through all stages of their journey by offering gentle, accessible practices that prioritize safety and body awareness.

Barbara’s approach emphasizes meeting each student exactly where they are, encouraging a deeper connection between breath, movement, and inner resilience. She believes yoga can be a powerful tool for restoring balance, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of control during times of uncertainty.

Through her work with the Christina Phipps Foundation, Barbara contributes to expanding access to oncology-informed yoga and helping create a community where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered.
