Tracy is RYT200 working on her RYT 500 at the Yoga Den. She has extensive experience in trauma sensitive yoga and a Trauma Certification. She teaches mindfulness, Yin and Nidra in Louisiana. She also teaches trauma informed yoga with Yoga 4 Change in Jacksonville, FL.
She will teach CPF yoga the the YMCA in Nocatee. The Christina Phipps Foundation has been sending trained Oncology Yoga teachers to the YMCA since 2011. YMCA yoga teachers have come to us for free training and bring this expertise in Oncology Yoga to many YMCA programs. Some classes at the YMCA have been CPF Oncology Yoga, some through the Healthy Living program and currently LIvestrong. Our CPF volunteers have donated an extensive amount of time and expertise to the YMCA. You have probably run into our teachers at the YMCA!
