If you look at website you will see "Free Classes". This is our calendar of free Oncology Yoga classes. You will see I organized it by region and it may include live and Zoom classes. Live classes have day, time and some information about location and parking. Zoom classes may be changing live so keep an eye on that.
Classes that will always be Zoom have a link or sign up information. People who have come to love ZOOM yoga or feel it is the safest option are invited to these classes from all over the country. Some CPF teachers post a Zoom link you click in for class. Some CPF teachers prefer you privately email to register.
