Harmony Blevins completed Christina Phipps Foundation training and graduated October 15, 2023. She teaches Oncology Yoga at Yoga Den Oakleaf each Tuesday. This is a Gentle Restorative Yoga class with props from 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm.
This yoga class is open to the entire cancer community including patients, family members, and caregivers.

Harmony's roots trace back to the serene foothills of South Carolina, where she cultivated a deep connection with nature, exploring woods and embracing music and outdoor activities.
Following a career as a personal trainer post-High School, she embarked on a decade-long journey in the US Navy, stationed in Japan. During her travels across Southeast Asia, she discovered and developed a profound love for yoga and meditation. After transitioning from the Navy to a two-year stint in corporate America, Harmony courageously pursued her passion, becoming a dedicated yoga instructor in 2023.
Today, she focuses on continuous growth as both a student and teacher of yoga, particularly drawn to styles of Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Hatha Yoga, which intertwines conscious breath with movement, nurturing mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
