Chair Yoga
Tuesday: 7:00 PM- Zoom
This class is a Chair Yoga class. Through this gentle class participants will flow through postures mindfully, intentionally uniting breath with movement. This class will help you release tightness, gain strength and balance in the body and focus the mind. Participants will allow the body and mind to come into a complete state of relaxation. Muscle tension and stress will melt away. Class will include music for complete rejuvenation. December 2021 will have a Holiday Theme. Email Alanna at Alanna1260@gmail.com
